There are 3 options for spring subscriptions- tulip, ranunculus and peony. These subscriptions are for 3 consecutive weeks at a time and are sold separately. They are designed to seamlessly transition from one crop to another- you could buy all 3 subscriptions and have 9 bunches of fresh, local spring flowers, beginning in late April and finishing in late June.
Although these subscriptions are designed not to overlap, growing outdoors and with no additional heat means that start dates are projected and may shift earlier or later depending on the weather and spring conditions.
What's the advantage of buying a subscription?
Flower subscriptions are a great way to support the farm in our off season. You get guaranteed access to our flowers earlier than everyone else, while getting the best value for your money. We are excited to offer pickup on the farm, or at Pinch Plant Store and Bakery (located in east Hamilton).
How do I purchase and where do I get it?
Spring subscriptions are available for pick up on Saturdays at the Milkhouse Farm Stand (221 Middletown Road, second driveway) and Fridays at Pinch Bakery and Plant Shop (183 Sherman Ave N, Hamilton)
Sales for 2025 subscriptions will open mid December of 2024 and be available until sell out or spring of 2025. All sales go through our online shop which is available here: openfoodnetwork.ca/la-primavera-farms-retail/shop
* Please note that subscriptions are non refundable and we are unable to accommodate or make up for missed pick-ups. We ask that you keep this in mind when purchasing. If you are unable to make a pickup, we suggest finding a family member or friend who can pick up and enjoy the flowers in your stead!
* All flower bunches are designer's choice colour palette
* In the (very rare!) case of an unforeseen problem with the flower crop, we will substitute with another flower of equal or greater value.
